Wayne "Above&Beyond" Clark
Hometown: Wilmington, Delaware
College: Georgia Perimeter
Height: 6'3"

The Harlem Superstars are fortunate to be able to sign up a most spectacular ex-Harlem Globetrotter named Wayne “Above&Beyond” Clark. “Above&Beyond” currently holds three world records, one of which is an official Guinness World Record for the highest vertical jump for a slam dunk in professional basketball. To do this “Air Royal” leapt 70 inches and finished with a slam dunk. Ricky Lopes, CEO of the Harlem Superstars, was responsible in securing the services of this well sought after and outstanding player.

Wayne is a master of the game of basketball with the ability to score success from anywhere on the court, whether by himself, or as a part of the team.

Wayne “Above&Beyond” Clark resembles his idol/mentor, the great Hall-of-Famer, Michael Jordan. “Above&Beyond” is not only a show dunker, but he is a complete ball player. He’s also an excellent razzmatazz player, who makes things happen.  You’ll find that he is exciting and magical to watch.

At age 32, Wayne Clark knows the game and business of the sport. His wealth of experience has taken him all around the globe as a professional basketball player and model. Some of the countries that Wayne has played profession basketball in are Mexico, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus, Slovakia, Bosnia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Israel, Morocco, Macedonia and the Spanish Islands. With the acquisition of Wayne Clark, the Harlem Superstars would like to add several other countries that he has not yet played to his repertoire.

This New Jersey native is not only a professional athlete, but also a model, singer, actor and entrepreneur. Throughout Wayne’s modeling career, he has graced the pages of magazines in ads for Men’s Journal, Men’s Fitness, Tabu Magazine (Romania) plus Adidas & Nike centerfolds. Runway shows Wayne appeared in include Sean John, Noir “Art of Fashion,” and Sosa Models, Inc. “Latin America.” Wayne has also appeared in commercials, TV talk shows, music videos and film.

His experience, along with his self-promotion of basketball and modeling careers over time has helped him become a successful businessman. Wayne Clark is a multi-talented artist both on and off the court.

Clark has created the Trinity Training Program based upon his three passions: basketball, personal fitness and wellness, plus model coaching and consultation.

Wayne is undeniably the most criticized dunker of all time in the world of basketball. Why? Probably because at the age of 32 he still holds three world records. He is considered the oldest dunker ever to hold the record on ESPN World City Slam Dunk over the horizontal bar set at 70 inches. Even to this day, no athlete has been able to match Wayne’s world  records, as the competition around the world grows stronger every day. Whether Wayne is on or off the court, he is an example to follow with his “unbreakable” mentality.

For Wayne Clark, “Reaching New Heights” is more than just breaking new world records in his sport. It’s also about encouraging youth to strive for perfection and to accomplish all the goals they set by “Reaching New Heights.”

There is more that we can say about this spectacular player, his outstanding character, his work ethics, his drive and determination for perfection, and lastly his outstanding intelligence. But find out for yourself.

Come see the fabulous Harlem Superstars. Wayne is worth the price of admission. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Lessons learned for kids and parents: “There is no goal that you cannot reach, no limit to what you can accomplish,” says Wayne “Air Royal” Clark.
